Terms of Service

Effective July 12, 2026

These terms govern your use of ContractorFlow (the “Service”). By creating an account you agree to them.

The Service

ContractorFlow is a tool for contractors to manage leads, create estimates and contracts, send invoices and communicate with clients. You need an account to use it, and you’re responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure.

Subscription and billing

  • The Service starts with a 14-day free trial. A payment method is required to begin the trial; you are not charged until it ends.
  • After the trial, the subscription renews monthly at the price shown at checkout until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from Settings — access continues through the period you’ve paid for.
  • Payments are processed by Stripe. If a renewal payment fails, access is paused until the payment method is updated.
  • If we change the standard price, existing subscribers keep their current price unless we notify you in advance.

Your content

Everything you put into the Service — leads, client details, prices, estimates, contracts, invoices, photos — is yours. You give us permission to store and process it solely to provide the Service. You are responsible for having the right to store your clients’ information.

AI-generated content

The Service uses AI to draft estimates and extract lead details. AI output is a starting point, not professional advice: prices, quantities and terms are suggestions that you must review before sending to a client. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of every estimate, contract and invoice you send.

Not legal advice

Contract templates, terms and state-specific notices (including Massachusetts home-improvement notices) are provided for convenience and general information only. They are not legal advice, and we make no guarantee they satisfy the requirements of your jurisdiction or trade. Consult an attorney for your specific situation.

Acceptable use

Don’t use the Service to break the law, to send spam, to store content you have no right to store, or to interfere with the Service or other accounts. We may suspend accounts that do.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the Service available and improve it continuously, but it is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We may add, change or remove features. If we ever discontinue the Service, we’ll give you reasonable notice to export your data.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or disputes between you and your clients.

Termination

You can stop using the Service and cancel at any time. We may terminate accounts that violate these terms. See the Privacy Policy for how to permanently delete your data.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, USA. Disputes will first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation.
