Privacy Policy

ContractorFlow (“we”, “us”) provides software that helps contractors manage leads, estimates, contracts and invoices. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- Account information — your email address, company name, phone number, address, license number, logo and price book, provided when you sign up and configure your profile.
- Business records you create — leads, client contact details, estimates, contracts, invoices, notes, appointments and photos you add to the service. Your clients’ information in these records belongs to you; we process it only to provide the service.
- Payment information — subscription payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number; we keep only your subscription status and Stripe customer reference.
- Usage data — standard technical logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) used for security and to keep the service running.
How we use AI
When you use smart input or AI estimates, the text, dictation transcript or photo you submit is sent to Anthropic’s Claude API to be converted into structured data (a lead or a draft estimate). This content is used to produce your result and is not used by us to train AI models. Always review AI output before sending anything to a client.
Service providers
We share data only with the providers required to run the service:
- Supabase — database, authentication and file storage
- Vercel — application hosting
- Stripe — subscription billing
- Anthropic — AI processing of content you submit for parsing or estimates
- Resend — transactional email (lead notifications, account emails)
We do not sell your data or your clients’ data, and we do not share it with advertisers.
Emails from us
We send transactional emails: account emails (sign-in, password reset) and notifications you’d expect, like “a new lead came in” or “your estimate was accepted”.
Cookies
We use only the cookies needed to keep you signed in. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
Data retention and deletion
Your data is kept while your account is active. If you cancel, your data stays available so you can come back or export it. To permanently delete your account and all associated data, email us at support@selwik.com and we will complete the deletion within 30 days.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit, access is scoped per account at the database level (row-level security), and documents are stored in private storage accessible only through your account or links you explicitly share.
Changes
If we make material changes to this policy, we’ll notify you by email or in the app before they take effect.
